Vol. I  Pg. I   December 22, 2007

As you can see, this page is a little different.   It's a
fun page.   I've learned there are three factors, with
all of their sub-factors, that play a major role in
determining whether ones health is good or bad.
They're all just as important:  Diet, Exercise, and
Attitude.

A big part of attitude is
having fun doing what you're
doing and although we at
ASNF encourage maintaining
a balance in all things, some
think I go overboard on the
fun part.  Believe me, you
can never have to much fun!

Thank goodness we have Ken around to help you with the
other two aspects, (although I'll kick in my two cents
worth from time to time.)   Today however I want to
talk about Miguelito, featured above and below to the
right.

I met Miguelito on a fishing trip.  I was short handed,
needed some help and a friend.   Before long, Miguelito
and I were discussing the most important things in life;
like the luxury of having chicken with your rice and
beans, or how to avoid scraped knees from those nasty
spills off your bike.

Yes, we shared our scars, our battle wounds,  and the
stories that went with them.   Migelito knew far more
about life than a boy of 10 should.  We will always be
close . . . Saludos
